Food Processing Center Workshop

Bio Nebraska members and friends are invited to participate in an exclusive workshop at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Food Processing Center, located on the east campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The lunch meeting and tour will be held on November 19, 2009 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. with an optional tour and visit to the dairy store immediately following.

We will be discussing how the gastrointestinal ecosystem plays a role in human medicine and will meet with the scientists conducting research on the GI Tract at the Food Processing Center.

In addition, we will learn about partnerships with the Food Processing Center and will be treated to an update on the University of Nebraska – Lincoln’s Innovation Park.
