Creighton University Hosts 4th Annual BioVenture 2011 Business Plan Competition

The 4th annual BioVenture 2011 business plan competition will be held November 16, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. in the Educated Baker (1111 N 13th St., Suite 127, Omaha, Neb.) The evening will feature presentations from Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program (BEP) student team business plans.

This year's presentations include Kizer Vials (modified medical device designed to improve the efficacy of Cerebral Spinal Fluid collection), TRIMS (pre-clinical rodent studies outsourcing for obesity researchers), and Eco-Restore (large scale bio-digester facility for electricity generation using animal waste).

Following the business plan pitches, attendees will have access to the students for a question and answer session during a cocktail party and poster gathering. As in the past, the price of admission is a $100 bill to award to, in your view, the winning BEP student team at the end of the event.
